  1. Business goals and priorities (Any documentation that states your priority goals and required capabilities)
  2. Job and career architecture (Any rules or frameworks used to define, design and grade roles internally)
  3. Existing skill taxonomy (Any existing role or skill frameworks or descriptions familiar to the business)
  4. Individual skills or accreditations (Any information held on the skills that individuals across your organisation claim)

Any specific additional data points from HR or other systems will be requested depending upon their availability and relevance to the business problems to be addressed.
