These fields are shared with Simply Navigate from your Human Resources Information System (HRIS), such as SuccessFactors, Workday or Personio.
After receiving the data, Simply Navigate's machine learning algorithms find the 'best match' for your role title, and additional data points supplied, to provide the best fit for your roles in the market. This match is made against one of over 75,000 market-aligned role titles tracked by Simply Navigate and our data suppliers.
How Simply Navigate connects your HR data to market-aligned titles:

On initial onboarding to Simply Navigate your dedicated Product and Data team will work with you to validate the suggested matches, incorporating any feedback and updating matches to next best alternatives where necessary.
Any roles where the first match is not deemed acceptable will be revised with the next closest match, chosen from a range of alternative results. Where there is judged to be no perfect match, this feedback will be incorporated into our overall data model and this feedback shared with our data suppliers.
At every data refresh, any previous changes to mapping will be maintained. Any new role titles which are added during a data refresh will be run through the same process.
