The simplest way to share a view from Simply Navigate with a colleague who does not have system access is to export an image. Or you might want a high quality visual for use in a presentation. Either way, its simple to achieve.
An image can be quickly exported from any view in Simply Navigate by selecting the 'Export Image' option from the tools menu.
This will download an image file of the view as it is currently displayed. This image can then be shared separately or copied into a presentation and cropped or adjusted as necessary.
The file will be stored in the location your web browser normally stores downloaded files, which is typically the 'Downloads' folder.
